It's been 20 years since the end of World War I and Kania and his friends are scattered throughout Europe. But when WWII starts, they all return home to Poland. The Polish Underground must find the cash to pay for a supply of weapons, and learns that the Germans are storing gold in a former Polish bank. The only men who know how to crack the bank are the experts in bank robbery, Kania and his crew.
