Jose used to b ea devout catholic. Now he is a tortured man. On a fateful day everything he cared for was taken away in a terrible car accident; his beautiful beloved wife and two children. Jose blames God for what has happened and despite soul searching and church support he cannot accept it. Jose finally snaps and goes on an insanity rampage of revenge, committing sacrilegious acts on the image of Christ and numerous symbols of faith. By chance he crosses paths with a nun who offers her help and support but Jose end up kidnapping her, a light is presented to Jose. He accepts it as a sign, calms down and manages to climb out and continue with his life, in the graphically disturbing, religious tale of grief, faith and healing.
