This film tells the story of the Pope and his love towards Maria (the Virgin Mary). It also tells of his favorite sanctuary in Mentorello, Wadowice, Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, as well as the famous Czestochowa. The film also demonstrates the Pope's belief in Maria's help upon the terrorist attack on the Pope in 1981.
